East-west mapped data of the [C II]158um, [O I]145um, and [Si II]35 um line emission from the rho-Ophiuchi dark cloud have been obtained using ISO/LWS&SWS. The spatial scan was centered on the position of the highly reddened B2 V star HD147889. The spatial separations were 3.3 arcminutes between the obeseved 32 points, the total scan path was 1.7 degress. The spectra of [C II]158um and [O I]145um emission lines were obtained with the LWS. And those of [Si II]35um were taken by the SWS.
